Our new factory with a photovoltaic system and a closed cooling circuit. Production, logistics and the offices are heated using waste heat from injection molding production. In line with the KfW55 standard, we were able to reduce energy consumption in the building by at least 45 %. This is thanks to the improved insulation of facades, roofs and windows as well as the use of waste heat. There are virtually no air conditioning systems, but a fresh air climate exchange to keep the building at a constant temperature - the heating is only switched on or off as required. All our lighting is based on LEDs. In addition, we use motion detectors and dimming functions to ensure light efficiency.
