Process engineer for plastic and rubber technology with a focus on mouldings and manufacturing work pieces and finished parts made from polymeric materials. You will choose materials, set up machinery and equipment for production, monitor the production process and test the quality of products.
Training at WISKA
During your apprenticeship at WISKA, you will mainly work in plastic manufacturing. You will gain core skills such as plastics processing, machine set-up, implementation and operation as well as in care and maintenance. You will also learn about plastic-injection moulding, quality assurance and testing.

With this apprenticeship, you will receive a highly sought qualification, which ensures you will have an excellent base for your future career. Ideal prerequisites for the three-year training period are diligence, responsibility, good maths and chemistry skills and a strong technical understanding. The vocational classes take place in the form of block teaching.
